Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester from the TV show Supernatural
On scale from 1 to 10, how ridiculous is the title?
Our teary-eyed "baby" Sam from the very first episode of Supernatural. My 1st entry for 'Drawn to Pain' contest held by #LiveActionTVMovieArt. Was it because of a dead girlfriend, mum, or something else, it was too long ago to remember exactly, especially after you marathon a few seasons in a row to catch up.
Continuing with practice on black paper. Try no. 2. A bit more complex this time. Too many hours in, but screwed up every part that's actually important. Also, ruined parts that were good while trying to fix those that weren't. Fantastic. Some other parts are not all that bad. Very comforting. Maybe I'll like it a bit more after some time and will try not to repeat some mistakes, expecially leaving something for too long unfinished while eager to draw something else and rushing because of it. The "Winchester curse" (= every try of drawing either of the brothers results in so-so, crappy, not nearly good enough drawing) has been following me with the latest graphite SPN fanart too, but it's too early to tell exactly how much I won't like the end result. Well, I'm not stopping until I have decent, really good looking drawings.
Little note to self: start sharpening the damn pencils!!! This ain't graphite.
Tools used:

OMG! I entered with this only for the sake of participating in this great contest because I knew I wouldn't make it(again) with desired artwork which is unfortunately still far from finished, I can't believe this actually won! Thank you SO much!
Congratulations, yet again!
I really love the contrast in this picture!
