Something different this time (I mentioned this summer is all about experimenting with various stuff). This was supposed to be easy and simple, but it was everything but that. I messed around with some parts a little bit too much, did really lousy job on some, had a few frustrating moments, rushed it on the end and I'm not all too happy with the result, but I'm happy it's finished. I'll just blame the heat for everything.
We're on over 35°C again. -.- After so many celebrity/fanart drawings in a row, this time I didn't bother catching the likeness, it wasn't important, especially because I wouldn't know how her lips look like without the piercing anyway.
Thought I'd finally try out that Lana Bristol smooth paper I don't plan to use more than just couple of times a year - definitely not big fan of the smooth paper. This drawing and the next one on this paper will use as sort of a preparation for a portrait of an actress I like and which is quite, lets call it texture-less, but detailed and smooth and thus suitable for it. It won't kill me drawing something smooth from time to time...hope so.
The next is my ATC trade. Picked something quite complex (actually, I put something complex together to draw) so fingers crossed I'm able to pull it off.
Many thanks to ~AliceInUnderland
